How and when did you get your start in the wedding industry?
This year will be 11 years now! And how... I always loved it and asked for an opportunity in a Hotel that I used to work at (Casa Turquesa) in Cancun. Then moved to another Hotel (RIU) where they had lots of weddings and my former boss taught me a lot! Once I've learned to handle the volume of weddings, I've moved to another property (Moon Palace Cancun) to learn how to execute a wedding. Once I managed how to execute all types of weddings I wanted to learn what goes behind the planning, so I learned how to produce weddings, what happens behind stage, acknowledge more of what goes behind and Indian Weddings and their needs. Now, I am teaching others what I've learned these 11 years and of course, always continuing learning about new trends and how to impress couples on their special day.
Why did you become a wedding planner?
When I had my first wedding and I saw that I could help make a couple happy, it blew my mind. It was a fulfilling moment. Not everybody can say that they work to truly deliver dreams and smiles. Love to see true love and happy tears. Is really an indescribable feeling.
When was your first Indian wedding and what was it like?
It was around 6 years ago. It was nerve wracking but exciting at the same time. Definitely a learning moment. I also received my certification in South Asian weddings a few years ago!

What is your favorite part about being a South Asian wedding planner?
All the process in order to see the dances, the outfits, jewelry, family gathering together and that you learn something new with each wedding Do you have any favorite memories from Indian weddings you’ve planned? Of course! When they have invited me to the dancefloor and celebrate with the couple showing off my Bollywood moves :D. My favorite song... Balle Balle.. LOVE IT!!
What is your favorite moment at each Indian destination wedding?
At the end of it all, when we all are celebrating and have those big ol' smiles on our faces. You can see that is a "We did it moment” picture that we are so proud of!
How long have you been at Hard Rock Los Cabos?
August 2018 - Almost one year before the resort opened in the summer of 2019!
What is your favorite venue on property?
All of them! Beach, Terraces, garden... Love them all! <3
What is the best spot for a photoshoot at Hard Rock Los Cabos?
The garden at sunset, our rocky walls, the beach, around the palms... too many options

Why should a couple choose your resort over all the rest?
We have a privileged location in Baja California Sur where you get the sunrise and sunset, perfect for pictures and everlasting memories. We will also be the only property in Cabo that has its own Indian Chef. Hard Rock Los Cabos has the most amazing venues that a Hotel can have, including the biggest Convention Center that there is in a Hotel. We have everything and have gone beyond your needs to make sure we accomplish the couple needs. We are committed to make the couples live and experience the Rockstar vibe. What is your favorite restaurant on site and what's your favorite thing to order?
Toro! The Argentinian empanadas are AMAZING :P

What makes a Shaadi Destinations bride and groom different from others?

What are your top 3 tips for couples looking to plan an Indian destination wedding?
1) Look for a Hotel that can offer a variety of things not only for you but your guest, such as different day and night activities.
2) Venues and backups, all of your events must have a backup. Better safe than sorry :) Although, we have extremely few rainy days each year!
3) Trust your team, we all want and seek what is best for you :) Is there anything else you’d like to share with future brides and grooms? Enjoy the day, seize the moment. Is a day that will only happen once, make the best of it and celebrate with your family & friends. We will take care of the rest.
