Below are some very important details regarding our group booking details. Please make sure to read through this page carefully before booking your reservation.
DISCOUNTED ROOM BLOCK
Vinny and Yatharth have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Rooms MUST BE booked through their group block link on this website in order to attend wedding events, to secure the discounted rate, and receive wedding group promotions. Bookings through 3rd parties, travel agents, or directly through the Hard Rock website will not be honored and an additional fee will be required to attend wedding events.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, April 29, 2025-Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
Please book by January 15, 2025 so we can prepare for your attendance of events.
PROMOTION: All bookings will receive a $200 per room per night Hard Rock Resort Credit for use towards spa, golf and Posh Beauty Bar. Redemptions incur a 35% service fee. Terms and conditions apply. Details on redemption process will be included in your final room confirmation email sent during the charge window.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations will be charged in full between 1/15/2025-2/15/2025
Cancellations on or before 2/20/2025 will be charged a 50% penalty
Cancellations on or after 3/21/2025 will be charged in full and are non-refundable

What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Dominican Republic?
Travel to Dominican Republic requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires no earlier than 6 months after the date of entry into Dominican Republic. As of April 2018, tickets purchased in the United States include the cost of required Tourist Card, so no additional visa purchase is required before arriving to Dominican Republic for those from the United States. For those from other countries, please check your local Dominican Republic consulate.
Is there transportation available between the airport and the resort?
Vinny and Yatharth are providing roundtrip, shared airport transfers to and from the resort! Please submit your information no later than 1 month prior into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
What time is check-in and check-out at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
Can I stay for just 2 nights?
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-6 nights when flying to Punta Cana, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
