Group Booking details
Tooba and Andrew have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by December 15, 2026 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding events are being held on April 30th and May 1st. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, April 27, 2027-Tuesday, May 4, 2027.
PROMOTION: All bookings will receive a $200 per room per night UNICO Resort Credit for use towards select spa, beauty treatments, and more. Redemptions incur a 35% service fee. Terms and conditions apply. The concierge desk can assist you upon arrival for bookings.

2 Adults in Alcoba Ocean View King from April 28-May 2, 2027 (4 nights) would be $674 x 1 night (April 28) + $737 x 3 nights (April 29, 30 & May 1) = $2,885 inclusive of tax and fees.
3 Adults in Alcoba Ocean View 2 Kings from April 28-May 2, 2027 (4 nights) would be ($701 + $236) x 1 night (April 28) + ($764 + $236) x 3 nights (April 29, 30 & May 1) = $3,937 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults in Alcoba Ocean Front 2 Kings from April 28-May 2, 2027 (4 nights) would be ($845 + $0 + $0) x 1 night (April 28) + ($908 + $0 + $0) x 3 nights (April 29, 30 & May 1) = $3,569 inclusive of tax and fees.
Payment and Cancellation POlicy
Payment for your requested booking will be charged in full between 12/15/2026-1/15/2027
Cancellations on or after 2/18/2027 will be charged a 50% penalty
Cancellations on or after 3/18/2027 will be charged in full and are non-refundable
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Roundtrip, shared airport transfers are being provided and coordinated by UNICO’s in-house transfer service and hotel concierge, to and from UNICO 20°105° Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
2x roundtrip, shared airport transfers are included per room with a minimum of 3 nights stay; additional guests will be billed by the hotel at $50 / adult or child shared, roundtrip service. Child seats are an additional $30 per child, per seat. Rates are controlled by AVA Resort and subject to changes upon arrival.
1x checked bag + 1x carry on bag is included per person; hotel could charge an upgrade cost to private service for extra baggage, if necessary.
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.
We will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, we will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email transfers@shaadidestinations.com with subject 'Tooba and Andrew' with your updated flight information.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays.
