Group Booking details
Shweta and Sanjeev have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by September 1, 2026 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding events are being held on December 3rd, 4th, & 5th, 2026. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, December 1, 2026-Tuesday, December 8, 2026. Kindly note the nights before December 3rd and after December 5th are subject to availability.

Rates above exclude 21% tax and 10% service fees; A 33 MXN peso/night (~$2.00 USD) environmental tax is charged at check out, subject to change
Hotel Resort Fee is waived for all Shweta and Sanjeev’s wedding guests.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment for your requested booking will be charged in full between 9/15/2026-10/15/2026
Cancellation before 10/15/2026 will be fully refundable
Cancellations on or after 10/15/2026 will be in full penalty'; 100% non-refundable
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays.
