Group Booking details
Sarina and Hersh have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Rooms MUST be booked through their group block on this site by July 1, 2027 in order to attend wedding events, to be included in group promotions, to be protected by agency support in case of travel or other potential issues, to be given priority access to rooming requests and be placed in the group block located near the bride and groom's group. Guests booking on third party websites (like Expedia or Hotels.com) or on the hotel website directly will not be able to access wedding events.
While there is a 2 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding events are being held on November 11th, 12th and 13th. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, November 9, 2027-Tuesday, November 16, 2027. Please note the nights before November 11 and after November 13 are subject to availability.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A credit card authorization is required to request your room; a one-night deposit of your total stay will be automatically charged by April 24th, 2026 to confirm your room; the remaining amount will be due at check-in
Cancellation before April 17, 2026, will be subject to a full refund
Cancellation on or after April 17, 2026, will be subject to full stay penalty; 100% non-refundable
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Roundtrip airport transfers are being provided by Apexa and Shashank to and from Edition Riviera maya at Kanai and Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Passengers ages 5 years or younger will automatically receive car seats on a request basis and be provided only if available; if bringing your own kindly let us know at support@shaadidestinations.com with subject ‘Apexa and Shashank’.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.
We will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, we will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email support@shaadidestinations.com with subject 'Apexa and Shashank' with your updated flight information.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN). -
Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 11am. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
