Group Booking details
Sarah and Allen have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by December 15, 2026 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding events are on May 27th & May 29th, but please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, May 25, 2027-Tuesday, June 1, 2027.

All rates are in USD and include hotel taxes and fees; The first two guests regardless of age are charged as adults; Infants 0-2 are free but count towards max occupancies; Must book using discounted group to attend events; 3 night minimum required

2 Adults in a Junior Suite Tropical View from May 26-30, 2027 for 4 nights would be $263 x 2 adults x 4 nights = $2,104 USD inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 2 Children in Junior Suite Tropical View from May 26-30, 2027 for 4 nights would be ($263 x 2 adults + $93 x 2 children) x 4 nights = $2,848 USD inclusive of tax and fees.
3 Adults in Junior Suite Tropical View from May 26-30, 2027 for 4 nights would be $262 × 3 adults x 4 nights = $3,144 USD inclusive of tax and fees.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment for your requested booking will be charged between 12/15/2026-1/15/2027
Cancellations on or after 1/11/2027 will be charged a 20% penalty
Cancellations on or after 2/10/2027 will be charged a 40% penalty
Cancellations on or after 3/11/2027 will be fully non-refundable
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays.
