Group Booking details
Roshnie and Karn have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by June 15, 2025 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 2 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, November 18, 2025-Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

2 Adults + 2 Children in an Ambassador Suite Ocean View from November 21-23, 2025 would be ($650 x 2 adults) + ($170 + $170) x 2 nights = $3,280 inclusive of tax and fees.
3 nights:
2 Adults in an Ambassador Suite Ocean View from November 20-23 2025 would be $650 x 2 adults x 3 nights = $3,900 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 2 Children in an Ambassador Suite Ocean View from November 20-23, 2025 would be ($650 x 2 adults) + ($170 + $170) x 3 nights = $4,920 inclusive of tax and fees.
Payment and Cancellation POlicy
Full payment for your reservation will be charged between 7/15/2025-8/15/2025
Cancellations on or after 8/15/2025 will be charged a 100% penalty of room total; non-refundable
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Our beachfront Los Cabos resort offers three infinity pools: two for the entire family and one for adults only. The Serenity Pool is for ages 16 and older.
The pools are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at the airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

Guests not accommodated at the resort must purchase an event pass. The Event Pass allows the external guests access to the hotel 30 minutes before the wedding and for the duration of the event.
Event Pass price: $280.00 USD per guest, per event.
