Reservations MUST be made using this form to attend wedding events; reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a travel agency will not receive any group perks, discounted group pricing, and promotions.
Room Total Cost can be found by multiplying number of guests x number of nights x nightly per person rate. For example, 2 adults in a Junior Suite King for 3 nights would be 2 adults x 3 nights x $320 = $1,920 all-inclusive of food, beverages, activities, taxes, and fees. Please email support@shaadidestinations.com for any questions regarding the total cost of your room.
The host families are offering a $500 credit per adult (12 years and older) to guests who book within the group block for the venue’s required minimum stay of three nights. This credit will be applied at the time of hotel check-in.
An additional 37 MXN peso (~$2 USD)/night environmental tax is charged at check-out.
