The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun is the luxury haven located next to Moon Palace Cancun, and features an elevated level of amenities and services. The resort boasts a vast array of features to entertain people of all ages, including 12 restaurants, numerous bars and lounges, nine outdoor pools (including two adults-only pools), five swim-up bars, a six-lane bowling alley, a fitness center and a chic nightclub. Guests will also enjoy a lazy river, water slides, a wave pool and a kids' splash zone. The Playroom offers indoor miniature golf, bumper cars, an arcade room, as well as a dedicated area just for kids (ages 4 - 7). Group Booking details
Pinal and Priyan have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by August 15, 2025 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Monday, December 8, 2025 - Monday, December 15, 2025. Kindly note the nights before December 10 and after December 14 are subject to availability.
Limited Time Promotion: Stays of 4+ nights will receive $500 in Resort Credit for use on property for select tours, romantic dinners, spa services, beauty salon services, and more. A service fee applies for services paid with Resort Credit. Terms, conditions, inclusions, and booking window are subject to change by the hotel.

Rate Examples
2 Adults in a Moon Palace Superior Deluxe Garden View room from December 10-14, 2025 would be $478 x 4 nights = $1,912 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 2 Children in Grand Deluxe Garden View room from December 10-14, 2025 would be ($689 + $0 + $0) x 4 nights = $2,756 inclusive of tax and fees.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations will be charged 30 days before arrival
Cancellation prior to December 1, 2025 will be subject to a full refund; no penalties
Cancellation after December 1, 2025 will be non refundable; subject to full penalty
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

The Patel families are kindly providing for shared transfers roundtrip from Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.

If staying at the luxury section - The Grand - you will have full access to all sections of the vast Moon Palace resort. If staying at normal Moon Palace, you will not have access to The Grand areas. All guests will have access to all events as those are taking place in venues in the main Moon Palace section.
