Group Booking details
Nitika and Tushar have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by September 1, 2026 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding events are being held on December 17th, December 18th and December 19th. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, December 15, 2026-Tuesday, December 22, 2026. Please note the nights before December 17 and after December 19 are subject to availability.
Rates
All rates are in USD and include hotel taxes and fees; The first two guests regardless of age are charged as adults; Children 0-4 are free but count towards max occupancy; Must book using discounted group rates to attend wedding events; 3 night minimum required; A 91 MXN peso/night (~$5.00 USD) environmental tax is charged at check out, subject to change.
Rate Examples
2 Adults in a Deluxe Room from December 17-20, 2026 (3 nights) would be $275 x 2 adults x 3 nights = $1,650 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 2 Children in a Deluxe Ocean View Room from December 17-20, 2026 (3 nights) would be ($295 x 2 adults) + ( $160 x 2 children) x 3 nights = $2,730 inclusive of tax and fees.
3 Adults in a Grand Club from December 17-20, 2026 (3 nights) would be $309 x 3 adults x 3 nights = $2,781 inclusive of tax and fees.
Payment and Cancellation POlicy
A hold may be placed on your card to guarantee your stay. Your credit card will be charged at the front desk upon arrival
Cancellations or reductions on or after 9/7/2026 will be charged a 100% penalty of room total; non-refundable. No shows will be charged in full.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

airport Transfers
Roundtrip airport transfers are being provided by Nitika and Tushar to and from Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos and Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Passengers ages 5 years or younger will automatically receive car seats on a request basis and be provided only if available; if bringing your own kindly let us know at transfers@shaadidestinations.com with subject ‘Nitika and Tushar’.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.
We will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, we will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email transfers@shaadidestinations.com with subject 'Nitika and Tushar' with your updated flight information.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Roundtrip airport transfers are being provided by Nitika and Tushar to and from Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos and Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).
Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to your arrival into Los Cabos (SJD).

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
