Below are some very important details regarding our group booking details. Please make sure to read through this page carefully before booking your reservation.
DISCOUNTED ROOM BLOCK
Nikita and Prashanth have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made on this site through Shaadi Destinations to attend wedding events; reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a travel agency will not receive any group perks, and discounted group pricing, nor will guests be allowed to enter wedding events.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, October 21, 2025-Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
Please make your reservation by June 15, 2025 so we can plan for your attendance of events.
PROMOTION: All bookings will receive a $200 per room per night Hard Rock Resort Credit for use towards spa, golf, Posh Beauty Salon, Bowling, and more. Redemptions incur a 35% service fee. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment for your requested booking will be charged in full between 6/15/2025-7/15/2025
Cancellations on or after 8/14/2025 will be charged a 50% penalty
Cancellations on or after 9/11/2025 will be charged in full and are non-refundable

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US, Canada, UK, and Australian Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Los Cabos airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
Indian Citizens will need to obtain a tourist visa unless they have a valid US Visa or are permanent residents of Canada, UK, or Japan. Please verify requirements before travel, you can find specific requirements here.

Is there transportation available between the airport and the resort?
Nikita and Prashanth are kindly providing for shared roundtrip airport transfers for their guests. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to your flight to Los Cabos (SJD).
What time is check-in and check-out at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
Can I stay for just 2 nights?
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-6 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you must stay 2 nights, please contact us at hello@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.

Due to our guest count and venue limitations, children are not invited to events unless specifically mentioned in your invitation. Your children are welcome to travel however and enjoy the resort facilities but we kindly ask that you arrange child care during event times to help us with the venue space constraint.
