Group Booking details
Nidhi and Binoy have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding. For the best discounted rate and for rooms to count towards their room block, you must book your room through this link by January 18, 2025 to be included in group promotions, to be protected by agency support in case of travel or other potential items, to be given priority access to rooming requests, and to be placed in the group block located near the bride and groom. Guests booking on third party websites (like Expedia or Hotels.com) or directly on the hotel website will not receive all the concessions and benefits mentioned.
Garza Blanca Cancun has a 3-night minimum stay requirement, but you may choose to extend your stay with discounted rates between Monday April 28, 2025 and Monday May 5, 2025.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% non-refundable deposit of your entire stay will be charged between 12/15/2024-1/15/2025 to hold your room; the remaining amount will be due at check-in
Cancellation before January 20, 2025 will be subject to a forfeiture of the 30% of the total reservation.
Cancellation after January 20, 2025 will be subject to full stay penalty.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
Is there transportation available between Cancún International Airport and the resort?
Nidhi and Binoy are kindly providing roundtrip shared airport transfers. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
What time is check-in and check-out at Garza Blanca?
Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 11am. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Can I stay for just 2 nights?
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at hello@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you.
