Group Booking details
Kesha and Danish have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by November 1, 2025 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding events are from February 13th-15th, but please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Wednesday, February 11, 2026-Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

Rate Examples
2 Adults in a Caribbean Suite King from February 12-16, 2026 would be $552 x 3 nights (night of 2/12, 2/13, 2/14) + $515 x 1 night (night of 2/15) = $2,171 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 2 Children in a Caribbean Suite 2 Doubles from February 12-16, 2026 would be ($562 + $49 + $49) x 3 nights (night of 2/12, 2/13, 2/14) + ($524 + $49 + $49) x 1 night (night of 2/15) = $2,602 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 1 Teen in Islander Junior Suite King from February 12-16, 2026 would be ($576 + $134) x 3 nights (night of 2/12, 2/13, 2/14)) + ($538 + $134) x 1 night (night of 2/15) = $2,802 inclusive of tax and fees.
Payment and Cancellation POlicy
Payment for your requested booking will be charged in full between 11/1/2025-12/1/2025
Cancellations on or after 12/5/2025 will be charged a 50% penalty
Cancellations on or after 1/2/2026 will be charged in full and are non-refundable
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

airport Transfers
Roundtrip, shared airport transfers are being provided and coordinated by Hard Rock’s in-house transfer service and hotel concierge, to and from Hard Rock Punta Cana and Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
We will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, we will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email support@shaadidestinations.com with subject 'Kesha and Danish’ with your updated flight information.
Flights must be submitted 3 weeks prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.

Travel to Dominican Republic requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires no earlier than 6 months after the date of entry into Dominican Republic. As of April 2018, tickets purchased in the United States include the cost of required Tourist Card, so no additional visa purchase is required before arriving to Dominican Republic for those from the United States. For those from other countries, please check your local Dominican Republic consulate.

Roundtrip, shared airport transfers are being provided and coordinated by Hard Rock’s in-house transfer service and hotel concierge. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to your arrival into Punta Cana (PUJ).

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-6 nights when flying to Punta Cana, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays.
