DISCOUNTED ROOM BLOCK
Katherine and Amanjyot have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made on this site through Shaadi Destinations to attend wedding events; reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a travel agency will not receive any group perks, discounted group pricing, and promotions nor will guests be allowed to enter wedding events.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, June 3, 2025-Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
Please make your reservation by February 20, 2025 so we can plan for your attendance of events.

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres is a great option for families that don’t want the extra attention or pampering available at TRS or Family Selection but still want an all-inclusive vacation and to attend events. Adults staying at Grand Palladium will not be able to access adult-only sections at TRS Coral including rooms, pool, or upgraded restaurants or bars.
TRS Coral is a luxury Adults-Only (18+) paradise within the Grand Palladium resort and the FIRST resort to ever receive the elite designation of being a 'Leading Hotels of the World' before even opening. An Adult-Only haven, expect pure luxury treatment and be pampered with unique features including: exclusive access to the adults only pool, beach area, upgraded restaurants and bars, premium liquor brands, and a butler assigned to each room to support you in making sure your trip is seamless!

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment for your requested reservation will be charged between 1/15/2025-2/15/2025
Cancellations on or after 2/21/2025 will be charged a 1 night penalty
Cancellations on or after 3/20/2025 will be charged a 2 night penalty
Cancellations on or after 4/18/2025 will be fully non-refundable

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
Indian Citizens will need to obtain a tourist visa unless they have a valid US Visa or are permanent residents of Canada, UK, or Japan. Please verify requirements before travel, you can find specific requirements here.

Is there transportation available between Cancún International Airport and the resort?
Katherine and Amanjyot are kindly providing roundtrip shared airport transfers. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
What time is check-in and check-out at TRS Coral and Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
Can I stay for just 2 nights?
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 3-6 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including all of them in the ceremony or reception. The Grand Palladium Resort is family friendly if you'd like to bring the family along but please check your invite to confirm invitees for the events. Please reach out if you have questions!
