Group Booking details
Discounted group rates have been secured for this special birthday celebration! Reservations MUST be made through the contracted wedding block by June 1, 2026 to complete the RSVP process. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination booking processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the celebration in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding events are being held on September 3rd, 4th, and 6th, but please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, September 1, 2026-Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Kindly note the nights before September 3 and after September 6 are subject to availability.
Limited Time Promotion: Stays of 4+ nights will receive $500 in Resort Credit for use on property for select tours, romantic dinners, spa services, beauty salon services, and more. A service fee applies for services paid with Resort Credit. Terms, conditions, inclusions, and booking window are subject to change by the hotel.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations will be charged 30 days before arrival
Cancellation prior to August 20, 2026 will be subject to a full refund; no penalties
Cancellation after August 20, 2026 will be non refundable; subject to full penalty
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Airport Transfers
Roundtrip airport transportation is complimentary with a minimum stay of 4+ nights, to and from The Grand at Moon Palace Punta Cana and Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
1x checked bag + 1x carry on bag is included per person; hotel could charge an upgrade cost to private service for extra baggage, if necessary.
Guests staying 3 nights can still request transfers but will be charged $ per person, for roundtrip transfers or $ per person for one way transfers that will be billed to your room on property (rates are controlled by Moon Palace and subject to changes upon arrival).
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.
We will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, we will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email support@shaadidestinations.com with subject ‘Kamal’s 50th Birthday' with your updated flight information.

Travel to Dominican Republic requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires no earlier than 6 months after the date of entry into Dominican Republic. As of April 2018, tickets purchased in the United States include the cost of required Tourist Card, so no additional visa purchase is required before arriving to Dominican Republic for those from the United States. For those from other countries, please check your local Dominican Republic consulate.

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

While most guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Punta Cana, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays.
