Group Booking details

Helly and Omer have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by October 15, 2025 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.

While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding events are being held on February 26th, 27th & 28th. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, February 24, 2026-Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

2 Adults in Oceanfront Room King from February 25-March 1, 2026 (4 nights) would be $551 x 1 night (Feb. 25) + $607 x 3 nights (Feb. 26, Feb. 27, and Feb. 28) = $2,372 inclusive of tax and fees.

3 Adults in Oceanfront Room 2 Queens from February 25-March 1, 2026 (4 nights) would be ($567+ $77) x 1 night (Feb. 25) + ($623+ $77) x 3 nights (Feb. 26, Feb. 27, Feb. 28) = $2,744 inclusive of tax and fees.

2 Adults + 2 Children in Oceanfront F&F Suite from February 25-March 1, 2026 (4 nights) would be ($663 + $0 + $0) x 1 night (Feb. 25) + ($727 + $0 + $0) x 3 nights (Feb. 26, Feb. 27, and Feb. 28) = $2,844 inclusive of tax and fees.

Payment and Cancellation POlicy

Payment for your requested booking will be charged in full between 10/15/2025-11/15/2025
Cancellations on or after 12/16/2025 will be charged a 50% penalty
Cancellations on or after 1/16/2026 will be charged in full and are non-refundable

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Airport Transfers

Roundtrip, shared airport transfers are being provided and coordinated by AVA’s in-house transfer service and hotel concierge, to and from AVA Resort Cancún and Cancún International Airport (CUN).
2x roundtrip, shared airport transfers are included per room with a minimum of 3 nights stay; additional guests will be covered by Helly and Omer as a token of appreciation for your attendance.
1x checked bag + 1x carry on bag is included per person; hotel could charge an upgrade cost to private service for extra baggage, if necessary.
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.
We will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, we will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email support@shaadidestinations.com with subject 'Helly and Omer' with your updated flight information.

FAQ

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
2x roundtrip, shared airport transfers are included per room with a minimum of 3 nights stay; additional guests will be covered by Helly and Omer as a token of appreciation for your attendance. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to your arrival into Cancun Airport (CUN).
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you.
