• 2x roundtrip, shared airport transfers are included per room with a minimum of 3 nights stay; additional guests will be covered by Priya and Kishan as a token of appreciation for your attendance.

• Roundtrip, shared airport transfers are being provided and coordinated by Hard Rock’s in-house transfer service and hotel concierge, to and from Hard Rock Punta Cana and Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

• 1x checked bag + 1x carry on bag is included per person; hotel could charge an upgrade cost to private service for extra baggage, if necessary.

• Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.

• We will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, we will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email support@shaadidestinations.com with subject 'Priya and Kishan’ with your updated flight information.

• Flights must be submitted 3 weeks prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.
