Below are some very important details regarding our group booking details. Please make sure to read through this page carefully before booking your reservation.
ROOM BLOCK
Farah and Shaan have secured group rates for guests of their wedding! Rooms MUST BE booked through their group block link on this website in order to attend wedding events, to secure the rate, and receive wedding group promotions. Bookings through 3rd parties, travel agents, or directly through the Hard Rock website will not be honored and an additional fee will be required to attend wedding events.
Please make your reservation by March 1, 2025 so we can plan for your attendance of events.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, June 10, 2025-Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
PROMOTION: All bookings will receive a $200 Hard Rock Resort Credit for use towards spa, golf, Posh Beauty Bar, Laser Tag, Bowling, and more. Redemptions incur a 35% service fee. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings will be charged in full between 3/1/2025-4/1/2025
Cancellations on or after 4/1/2025 will be charged a 50% penalty
Cancellations on or after 5/1/2025 will be charged in full and are non-refundable

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US, Canada, UK, and Australian Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
Holders of any valid U.S.A., Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, Schengen visas (any nationality) or permanent residence of U.S.A., Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, Schengen, Pacific Alliance (Colombia, Peru, Chile) should not require a Mexican visa to travel on business, tourism, or transit purpose for or less than 180 days as long as they present any of the mentioned documents at the point of entry. Please verify requirements before travel as each case may present unique requirements, you can find specific requirements here.

Is there transportation available between the airport and the resort?
Discounted shared roundtrip airport transfers are are being provided. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to your arrival into Cancun.
What time is check-in and check-out at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
Can I stay for just 2 nights?
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-6 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.

Children 3 years of age and under, will not require an additional guest fee ; are free of charge to stay at the resort.
