Generations Riviera Maya and El Dorado Royale are two all-inclusive resorts that operate as one:
Generations Riviera Maya – A family-friendly beachfront resort with spacious suites, a kids’ club, and stunning ocean views. The hotel provides a variety of baby amenities like strollers, cribs, bottle warmers, baby baths, and more for a hassle-free stay.
El Dorado Royale – An adults-only resort with gourmet dining and infinity pool suites. Just a short walk or golf cart ride away!
Adults have access to amenities, restaurants, and activities at both resorts, while children must stay at Generations.
Group Booking details
Clarissa and Anish have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding!
Rooms must be booked through the group block at the hotel to:
Access all wedding events (hotel policy) without additional fees
Be included in group promotions and attendee list
Get priority room placement
Booking outside the group block (including directly through the hotel) may result in restricted access to wedding events with additional fees required. We appreciate your understanding!
The resorts have a 3 night minimum stay required, but many extend their stay, as discounted rates are valid Tuesday, December 9, 2025-Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
Rates
There is a 3 night minimum length of stay. Reservations must be made using this group block link in order to attend events and complete the RSVP.
The first two guests regardless of age are charged as adults; Infants 0-5 are free but count towards max occupancies; rates include taxes and fees; A 37 MXN peso/night (~$2 USD) environmental tax is charged at check out, subject to change.
Rate Examples
2 Adults in El Dorado Royale Luxury Junior Suite from December 10-14, 2025 would be $162 x 2 adult x 4 nights = $1,296 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 2 Children in Generations Oceanfront Suite from December 10-14, 2025 would be ($250 x 2 adults) + $158 + $158 x 4 nights = $3,264 inclusive of tax and fees.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged upon booking. Your card will be charged in full between 7/15/2025-8/15/2025
Cancellations on or after 8/28/2025 will be charged a 1 night penalty per person
Cancellations on or after 9/26/2025 will be charged a 2 night penalty per person
Cancellations on or after 10/27/2025 will be fully non-refundable
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Airport Transfers
Roundtrip airport transfers are being provided by Clarissa and Anish to and from Generations Riviera Maya/El Dorado Royale and Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Passengers ages 5 years or younger will automatically receive car seats on a request basis and be provided only if available ; if bringing your own kindly let us know at support@shaadidestinations.com with subject ‘Clarissa and Anish’.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Clarissa and Anish are kindly providing roundtrip shared airport transfers. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best. Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.

We chose Generations Riviera Maya because of the endless list of activities that will turn us all to children - so children are encouraged! Generations provides non-stop entertainment for the kids with themed characters, the Eko Kids Club (Sunday, Monday: 9 am - 5 pm & 7:30 pm - 11 pm, Tuesday - Saturday: 9 am - 5pm & 7:30 pm - 9 pm), Little Eko Chefs program (3 pm on weekdays), and much more!
Karisma also includes baby amenities such as strollers, cribs, bottle sterilizers, bottle warmers, changers, baby monitors, pack n' plays, sterilizers, baby baths, baby robes, baby slippers, and high chairs.
Children will be given special access to the El Dorado side only for attendance of events in those sections.
Adults staying at Generations Riviera Maya are more than welcome to join the festivities throughout the day or dine at any of the restaurants at El Dorado Royale!
