Group Booking details
Christina and Parmeet have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by January 1, 2026 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
Rates
All rates above are in USD and include taxes and fees; the first two guests regardless of age are charged as adults; Infants, children, and teens are free but count towards max occupancies; Must book using discounted group rates to attend events; 2 night minimum required. A $ 6 per guest luggage fee will be added to the room total.
Rate Examples
2 Adults in a Zen Grand Garden View Suite from May 6-10, 2026 (4 nights) would be $300 x 2 adults x 4 nights = $2,400 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 2 Children in a Ambassador Ocean View Suite from May 4-10, 2026 (6 nights) would be [($650 x 2 adults x 2 nights) + ($350 x 2 adults x 4 nights] = $5,400 inclusive of tax and fees.
Payment and Cancellation POlicy
Full payment for your reservation will be charged between 1/1/2026-2/1/2026
Cancellations on or after 2/2/2026 will be charged a 100% penalty of room total; non-refundable
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

airport Transfers
Roundtrip airport transfers are being provided by Christina and Parmeet to and from Grand Velas Riviera Maya and Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Passengers ages 5 years or younger will automatically receive car seats on a request basis and be provided only if available ; if bringing your own kindly let us know at support@shaadidestinations.com with subject ‘Christina and Parmeet’.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.
We will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, we will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email support@shaadidestinations.com with subject 'Christina and Parmeet' with your updated flight information.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Christina and Parmeet are kindly providing roundtrip shared airport transfers. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
