Group Booking details
Catherine and Humza have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by March 20, 2026 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding events are being held on July 25th and 26th.Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, July 21, 2026-Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
Rates
All rates are in USD and include hotel taxes and fees; The first two guests regardless of age are charged as adults; Infants 0-2 are free but count towards max occupancies; Must book using discounted group to attend events; 3 night minimum required; rates include taxes and fees; A 37 MXN peso (~$2 USD) / night environmental tax is charged at check-out.

Rate Examples
2 Adults in a TRS Junior Suite Ocean View from July 24-28, 2026 (4 nights) would be $258 x 2 adults x 3 nights = $2,064 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 2 Children in Family Selection Junior Suite Beachside from July 24-28, 2026 (4 nights) would be ($323 x 2 adults + $0 x 2 children) x 4 nights = $2,584 inclusive of tax and fees.
3 Adults in Grand Palladium Junior Suite Poolside from July 24-28, 2026 (4 nights) would be ($220 x 3 adults) x 4 nights = $2,640 inclusive of tax and fees.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment for your requested booking will be charged between 3/1/2026-4/1/2026
Cancellations on or after 4/7/2026 will be charged a 1 night penalty
Cancellations on or after 5/7/2026 will be charged a 2 night penalty
Cancellations on or after 6/5/2026 will be fully non-refundable
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

airport Transfers
Roundtrip airport transfers are being provided by Catherine and Humza to and from Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres / TRS Coral and Cancun International Airport (CUN).
1x checked bag + 1x carry on bag is included per person; hotel could charge an upgrade cost to private service for extra baggage, if necessary.
Passengers ages 5 years or younger will automatically receive car seats on a request basis and be provided only if available; if bringing your own kindly let us know at transfers@shaadidestinations.com with subject ‘Catherine and Humza’.
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.
We will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, we will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email transfers@shaadidestinations.com with subject 'Catherine and Humza' with your updated flight information.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Catherine and Humza are kindly providing roundtrip shared airport transfers. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
