Below are some very important details regarding our group booking details. Please make sure to read through this page carefully before booking your reservation.
ALL INCLUSIVE DISCOUNTED ROOM BLOCK
Abhi and Antonio have secured all inclusive discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Guest reservations MUST be made on this site through the link provided on Shaadi Destinations’ website to attend wedding events; reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a travel agency will not receive any group perks, discounted group pricing, and promotions nor will guests be allowed to enter wedding events.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Sunday, October 19, 2025 - Sunday, October 26, 2025. Kindly note the nights before October 23 are subject to availability. The resort is already sold out for the night of October 26th and beyond so extensions after the wedding are not possible.
Please make your reservation by June 1, 2025 so we can plan for your attendance of events.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable one-night deposit will be charged between 05/15/2025 and 06/15/2025.
Once charged, any cancellations made until 08/21/2025 will result in the forfeiture of the one-night deposit.
For cancellations on or after 08/22/2025, the hotel will charge your credit card for the full room total and applicable taxes for your reserved nights.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
Indian Citizens will need to obtain a tourist visa unless they have a valid US Visa or are permanent residents of Canada, UK, or Japan. Please verify requirements before travel, you can find specific requirements here.

Is there transportation available between Cancún International Airport and the resort?
Abhi and Antonio are kindly providing roundtrip shared airport transfers. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
What time is check-in and check-out at Fairmont Mayakoba Resort?
Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.

The Kids Club is loaded with amenities to entertain and engage children ages 5-11 with fun, kid-oriented activities scheduled throughout the week, making for a vacation experience parents appreciate and children will never forget!
